About the company

A technical bridge between innovation and implementation

AI Soluciona exists to bring proven artificial intelligence and robotics technology to Brazilian governments, institutions and enterprises, with the adaptation and ongoing support needed to make it actually work in the local context.

Why we exist

Technology that is mature and proven in other markets often fails when it reaches Brazil, not because of technical limitations, but because of language barriers, lack of local support, incompatibility with public and private procurement processes, and misalignment with national regulation.

AI Soluciona was created to remove these barriers, acting as the link that translates, validates and adapts solutions before, during and after they reach the end client.

How we work

  • Curation

Careful identification of mature technologies, with independent technical evaluation before any recommendation is made.

  • Pilot and validation

Controlled testing in a real context, with clear metrics, before any decision to scale.

  • Local adaptation

Adjustments to language, integration, regulatory compliance and operations for the Brazilian environment.

  • Ongoing support

Long-term technical follow-up and progressive transfer of knowledge to the local team.

Our role is not that of a reseller

We do not represent a specific brand and receive no incentive to favor one supplier over another. Our commitment is to the client's technical outcome, which allows us to recommend, compare and, when necessary, advise against certain solutions.

This independence is what sustains the trust of those who hire us: we evaluate with technical honesty, even when the correct answer is that a technology is not yet ready for a given use case.

Principles we follow

  • Technical honesty

Recommendations based on evidence, not on commercial convenience or market enthusiasm.

  • Data protection

Responsible handling of sensitive information at every stage of the project, from pilot to operation.

  • Knowledge transfer

Building capacity within the local team so external dependency decreases over time.

  • Clear communication

Working in Portuguese, English and Mandarin to eliminate misunderstandings between all parties involved.

A multilingual operation by design

Much of the friction between Chinese suppliers and Brazilian buyers stems from communication: poorly translated technical specifications, differing support expectations, and negotiation processes that follow distinct logics.

For this reason, we run every project natively in all three languages involved, ensuring no important decision depends on an approximate translation.
